Steps

  1. Select the intended property, then open Hotel Services → Catalog or F&B Services → Service settings → Services with permission to configure services.

  2. Review the existing catalogue before choosing Add starter services. Hotel Services adds the hotel's starter set; F&B Services adds the F&B starter set. Existing service codes are preserved rather than overwritten by this action.

  3. Wait for Adding... to finish and inspect the refreshed catalogue. Do not assume the starter services were created if the request failed or the list has not refreshed.

  4. Open each service you intend to use and review its pricing, fulfilment, assignment, approval, payment, guest visibility and active settings. Set any required quoted rates and service policy before offering the service to guests.

  5. Choose Save changes for each configured service, then configure the required Resources or Venues and check a sample booking's availability. Complete the service’s availability and fulfilment settings before taking bookings.
