Steps

  1. Select the property and open Occupancy intelligence → Settings. Review the current LvHua connection, room mappings and device entries before making changes.

  2. Under Connection credentials, choose Property credentials or Deployment credentials. Property credentials require the correct Provider hotel ID, Username and Password when first configured or when switching from deployment credentials. For an existing property-credential connection, leave both credential fields blank to retain them; enter both when changing them.

  3. Deployment credentials is selectable only when supplied for this property by the platform administrator. Its provider hotel ID is read-only and the credentials remain private. If unavailable, ask the administrator to correct the property's connection configuration.

  4. Select Collect occupancy history only when collection should run. Enter comma-separated Commissioned physical control method codes only after verifying the codes represent physical room actions: at most 20 codes, each at most 32 characters. Remote commands and TV activity remain excluded from physical presence evidence.

  5. Choose Save connection and verify Configuration saved. Review Last connected and the collection status on Recent Activity. Saving configuration is not a provider connection test; the screen has no separate test-connection action.

  6. On a revision conflict, choose Reload current settings and review the current configuration before saving again. Changing the provider hotel ID after mappings, devices or event history exist requires recommissioning; do not relabel existing device addresses as belonging to another hotel.
