Map physical rooms to the provider

Steps

1. Open Occupancy intelligence → Settings for the property and locate Physical room mapping. Check the provider's commissioned room identifiers against the actual hotel room before assigning them.

2. Select the StayCore room. Only physical room rows are offered; apartment-unit container rows are excluded. Selecting an already mapped room loads its current provider values.

3. Enter Provider room ID. Enter Provider history room number when provider history identifies the room by its number instead of including the provider room ID. Keep provider identifiers as text so leading zeroes remain meaningful.

4. Choose Save room mapping. Duplicate provider room IDs or history-room numbers assigned to another room are rejected. Resolve the addressing conflict rather than assigning the same provider room to two StayCore rooms.

5. Verify Configuration saved., select the room again and check the saved values and mapping count. Map the room before adding its devices, then verify physical addressing before approving guest control.
