Use a template as the starting point for a property workflow. You need permission to manage Automations and the property-specific values requested by the template.

Steps

  1. Select the property and open Automations → Workflow studio → Template catalogue.
  2. Read the available template descriptions and choose Review template setup on the one you want to use.
  3. Enter Template draft name. Complete each required mapping with the value or resource reference for this property.
  4. Choose Install as inactive draft and wait for the workflow editor to open.
  5. Review the workflow’s steps, connections, and property selections. Save any changes with Save workflow draft.
  6. Choose Validate workflow, resolve any issues, and use Test this workflow to review the result with sample data.

The template creates a separate draft that you can edit. Existing workflows retain their saved content when you install another copy.

If installation does not finish

Check the error message and the required mappings. Confirm that the referenced resources belong to the selected property. If the result is unclear after a connection interruption, check Workflow drafts for the named draft before installing another copy.
