Describe the workflow you want, then review and save its steps in Workflow studio. Select the intended property and make sure your staff role can manage Automations.
Steps
- Open Automations → Workflow studio and choose Describe a workflow.
- Under What should this workflow do?, describe the trigger, conditions, actions, and information the steps should use. Include timing and any limits that matter to the property.
- Choose Create workflow draft. Review the name, description, steps, and connections in the editor that opens.
- Complete the property-specific selections and inputs. Review each branch and correct anything that does not match the intended process.
- Choose Save workflow draft, then Validate workflow. Resolve the displayed issues and save the changes.
- Use Test this workflow to compare representative examples and inspect the resulting branches.
You can also ask CoreAI chat to find workflow components or create and refine a workflow draft. Review any proposed change and use its review link to open the draft at the correct property. Creating or refining a draft does not activate it.
If the draft needs changes
State the specific step, condition, or outcome you want to change, or edit it directly in Workflow studio. If you cannot open a review link, select a property you can access. Describe a workflow uses your CoreAI allowance; your administrator can help if drafting is unavailable.
