Create or edit a rate plan

Steps

1. Select the property and open Rate Plans. Changes require permission to manage property settings and Rate Plans enabled.

2. In Create rate plan, enter Code, Name and Currency.

3. Choose Distribution: Direct only, OTA only or Direct + OTA. Set Includes breakfast and Active as appropriate.

4. Choose Save and check Existing plans. Use a plan's Edit action to change it, then save again.

5. Link or price the plan for the intended room types through Room Configuration or the Pricing Calendar. Creating an active plan does not populate nightly prices or establish an OTA mapping.
