Steps

  1. Open Admin & System → Pricing Calendar and select Room type and Rate plan.

  2. Set Start date and End date. In Apply to, select weekdays or specific dates when the change should cover only part of the range. Leave those selections empty to cover every day in the range.

  3. Enter Price amount (money) and Min nights. Select Closed for booking only when those dates should be closed for this combination.

  4. Check the displayed count of affected dates, then choose Save rates. Review Current rates and the pricing coverage status after saving.

  5. For several combinations, use Bulk price changes, add complete rows with room type, rate plan, dates and prices, then choose Save bulk rates. Correct incomplete rows or reversed date ranges before submitting.

Saving rates updates Staycore pricing. Review the separate distribution mapping and ARI push outcome before assuming a connected channel has received the change.
