The current rate-plan editor supports deactivation rather than permanent deletion of the plan. To stop using a plan, open Admin & System → Room Configuration → Rate plans. For a shortlet, the navigation label is Shortlet Configuration. You need the rate-plans feature and permission to manage PMS configuration.
Steps

Select Edit for the rate plan.

Clear Active.

Choose Save changes.
Deactivating the plan preserves its record. Deleting date-specific rate-plan prices is a separate operation and does not delete the rate plan itself. Deactivating a plan does not cancel its existing reservations or remove historical transactions.
