Steps

Select the property, open Property Details → Policies & controls, and find Guest IoT remote. Choose Reload settings to load the current property settings.

Review Connection configured, the mapped-room count and approved guest-control count. Use Set up rooms and devices to open Occupancy intelligence → Settings if commissioning is incomplete. A configured connection does not by itself verify physical device addressing.

Select or clear Enable guest IoT remote, then choose Save guest IoT remote and complete any requested security verification. This setting controls verified guests' access to approved devices in their authorized rooms.

Verify Guest IoT remote settings saved. and the reloaded value. Disabling it withdraws guest remote availability and cancels queued commands; it does not reverse commands already dispatched or turn off occupancy-history collection.

If another person changed the settings or the save is uncertain, choose Reload settings, inspect the current value and review the intended change before saving again. Do not treat the local checkbox as proof that a failed save took effect.
