Steps

  1. Select the property and open Stock counts, or More → Stock counts in Food & Beverage. Choose More actions → Import past counts to open Import past stock counts.

  2. Choose Download CSV template and fill the required columns, preserving the item/location identifiers and units required by that template.

  3. Choose the completed file, then Preview. Review the row mappings, blocking errors and planned create/update/skip results.

  4. Correct errors in the source file and preview it again. Leave Replace existing periods for matching dates off unless replacing those saved closes is intended. Import the same file whose preview was reviewed.

  5. Choose Import, wait for completion, and check the result counts and imported records in Stock count. Historical imports represent previously completed counts.
