Choose the services and quantities included with a rate plan for future reservations.

Before you begin

Select the intended lodging property and use an account permitted to manage its PMS configuration. Have a saved rate plan and active services at that property. If needed, create the rate plan first.

Steps

  1. Open PMS → Rate Plans. Under Existing plans, find the intended plan and choose Edit.
  2. Find Included services and review any entries already saved for the plan.
  3. Choose Add included service. In the new Included service field, select the intended active service from this property.
  4. Enter its Quantity as a whole number from 1 to 100. Repeat for additional services, adding each service once.
  5. Use Remove beside an unwanted entry. If an entry shows Inactive service — remove to save, remove it or select an active replacement.
  6. Choose Save included services and wait for Included services saved for future reservations. This button saves the service list separately from the rate plan's main Save button.
  7. Review the saved services and quantities for the selected plan.

Expected outcome

Future reservations using this rate plan receive the configured service inclusions. Existing reservations keep their saved inclusions when the rate plan's list changes.

If the list cannot be saved

Choose distinct active services from the selected property and check every quantity. If the section failed to load, choose Retry. If the add or save controls are unavailable, ask an administrator to check your permission to manage PMS configuration. Reopen the plan and inspect the saved list before repeating an uncertain save.
