Steps

  1. Open Inventory → Supplier invoices and choose the Supplier.

  2. Select Purchase order (optional) when matching the invoice to a purchase order; enter Invoice number and Invoice Date.

  3. Choose Continue, then add each item, positive Quantity and Unit Cost. Preserve the selected PO-line mapping where present.

  4. Choose Review invoice, check the lines, currency and total, then confirm Record invoice. Find the saved invoice in the list.

  5. Review Status and Flags. Investigate displayed price or quantity mismatches against the PO and GRN; Matched is the displayed absence of match flags, and recording an invoice is separate from paying it.

  6. After resolving missing delivery evidence or other matching prerequisites, use Recheck match on the linked purchase-order invoice. This requires permission to manage supplier invoices and is available for pending-match, matched or disputed invoices. Check the refreshed flags and status. Rechecking preserves the saved invoice quantities, prices and purchase-order line links; it does not post the invoice again, change stock or alter accounting entries. Correct an erroneous invoice through its supported finance process rather than using recheck to rewrite it.
