Steps

  1. In Service Bookings → Booking offers, open the intended offer. Use Edit draft for an existing draft or Prepare revision for an eligible issued offer.

  2. Change the service lines or customer terms, calculate the totals and choose Issue reviewed offer. Until issue succeeds, the customer's existing link still refers to the previously issued version.

  3. For an eligible expiring offer, an operator with permission to override booking offers can choose Extend hold, enter New hold duration (hours) and a reason, then choose Extend & reissue. If the dialog offers a prepared revision, select it deliberately and use its Issue v… & extend action. Review capacity validation and the resulting new link before sharing it.

  4. For failed conversion, correct the displayed cause, then use Retry conversion with permission to resolve exception booking offers access. Confirm that the offer becomes Booked and opens the expected service booking.

  5. To abandon an eligible offer, choose Cancel offer and confirm Cancel this offer and release its capacity holds? Verify the cancelled result. A converted booking is managed through service-booking cancellation and any separate refund workflow.
