Open Inventory → Dashboard for the intended property and choose the report, filters, columns and matrix settings you want to keep.

Choose Save view, enter a name in the dialog, then choose Save view to confirm. This saves the report’s filters, columns and table or matrix layout on this browser for your user and property; it does not save or change inventory.

After creating a view, open Saved views and select its name to restore it. The menu appears only when you have saved at least one view. The dashboard checks its report and filters against your current access; saving a view never grants permission to its records.

Use browser Back or reload to revisit the report encoded in the current URL. On a later visit, the last-used configuration can be restored for the same user and property.

After switching property or account, confirm the new context before selecting a saved view. The previous property's item, location and supplier selections are not carried across. Delete a saved view when it is no longer useful.
