Start a reviewed published automation for a specific property or record.

Before you start

Select the correct property and open an active published automation. Confirm you have permission for its actions and have the correct subject record. This performs actual operational actions, including any configured messages or payments.

Review and start

  1. Open Test, then expand Run now to view Run in production.
  2. Select Subject: This property, Reservation, Stay, Customer profile, Service booking or Service request, as appropriate.
  3. Enter Record ID when the subject requires a record. It must belong to the selected property.
  4. Review the property, subject and published workflow version.
  5. Select the acknowledgement confirming that you intend to perform its operational actions.
  6. Choose Run reviewed version.
  7. Follow the resulting run in More → History, including any waiting approvals and recorded receipts.

Expected outcome

The reviewed published version starts for the selected subject. Unsaved draft changes are not a substitute for the published version.

If the response is interrupted

Inspect the result and use Retry this reviewed request where offered to continue the same request. Use Prepare a different request only when you intend to review a different subject or version. For a sample journey without operational effects, choose Preview or simulation.
