Prepare a group of production starts, review every property and subject, then follow each result independently.

Before you start

Have access to each property and its published active automation. Prepare the exact subject record for each intended run. Starting these runs carries out actual operational actions.

Prepare and start

  1. Open Automations → More → Properties to view Run across properties.
  2. Select a property. Use Find an automation and choose Published automation.
  3. Choose Run for and supply the record reference from that property when requested.
  4. Select Add to review. Repeat for each intended run, checking the property and subject each time.
  5. Choose Prepare production review and inspect every target’s property, published version and subject.
  6. Select I reviewed every property, publication and subject above, then choose Start reviewed production runs.
  7. Use View run for each target to inspect the resulting work and any approvals.

Expected outcome

Each start uses its own property’s permissions and approvals. A blocked target does not establish that other targets failed or did not start.

Recover an interrupted review

Retain the Review reference. Use Resume a review, enter that reference and choose Load current status. Inspect the latest results and use Retry remaining starts when offered. Runs that already started keep their results; review changes to access, workflow versions or subjects before retrying the remaining targets.
