Steps

  1. Open Property Details and confirm the selected property. In Property profile, complete name, address, country, currency, phone, contact email and checkout time.

  2. Set latitude/longitude manually, or use device location only while physically at the property. Upload the Brand logo as PNG/JPG/WebP within the displayed 3 MB limit.

  3. In Policies & controls, choose staff check-in requirements, room-charge mode, checkout-clearance and auto-checkout behavior, credit limit, public-booking payment/redemption options and permitted no-PO receiving.

  4. Review Staff access policies for general staff duration/window and housekeeping all-room window. Check overnight windows and effective end times; these settings control eligibility, not a physical card write.

  5. Set the property autonomy ceiling only with awareness of module-level controls. Review Channex readiness, resolve missing required profile data, save and verify Saved.

  6. For F&B properties/outlets, use Outlet operations to review service model, POS service type, tax/service-charge settings, online pickup/delivery/scheduling and QR-ordering/payment requirements; save each intended outlet configuration and verify it.
