Approve or withdraw public testimonials

Requires testimonial moderation authority in the selected property.

Steps

1. Open Public experience operations → Moderation queue and inspect the guest story/source before publication.

2. To add one, use Add private testimonial, choose manual or imported channel review, enter the channel-review UUID when applicable, display name, quote and optional rating/source label.

3. Choose Save privately. The item remains private pending explicit moderation, including imported reviews.

4. Choose Approve only for the intended public quote and author presentation. Use Reject to decline it or Unpublish to withdraw an approved item, then check its state and public-site visibility.
