Open PMS → Room Media for the property and find the property-photo upload area and Property gallery.

Choose the image files, observing the displayed count and 3 MB per-image limit. For a single image, enter Alt text and optionally Set as cover; these options are disabled for multiple-file uploads. Choose Upload photo and wait for completion.

In Property gallery, choose Cover image for the desired saved image. To remove a photo, choose Delete and confirm Delete this photo? before uploading a replacement if the library is full.

Refresh the gallery and inspect any configured channel synchronization result. A saved image and a successful Channex update are distinct outcomes; resolve any channel error and check the channel’s gallery. For room-type photos, use the Room type selector.
