Requires website authoring access. Protected live content cannot be deleted, hidden or replaced with authored forms/scripts.

Steps

  1. Open the site’s Navigation / Site Shell design surface. Select the page/viewport used for the composite preview.

  2. Edit branding/logos and navigation labels/destinations. Choose existing/custom pages, sections or supported external links, arrange top-level/submenu order and retain one visible primary call to action.

  3. Set responsive header behavior and page-specific shell visibility. For inherited brand settings, make a deliberate local override or reset to inheritance rather than changing the wrong site.

  4. Open Announcement Bar or Footer to edit reusable visual content, and save each changed surface. In Navigation / Site Shell, use the page-visibility table’s Show announcement and Show footer controls, then Save visibility for each changed page.

  5. In Assets, upload the intended media, open Edit metadata, enter Alt text and adjust focal point/crop, folder and any video source/poster settings. Save metadata and verify the preview.

  6. Save all changes, open Preview saved draft, inspect the full route at all device widths and publish the reviewed draft. Unsaved canvas changes are not included in the saved-site preview.
