Requires Website Studio access and site-management permission; operational inventory/booking data stays in its own workflow.

Steps

  1. Open Public Website, choose the intended brand/property site and open Pages. Check the site identity before editing.

  2. Under Create a page, choose a blank canvas, starter layout or Duplicate an existing visual page. A duplicate requires a saved source page.

  3. Enter Page title and Public address. If needed enable Add this page to the navigation, set Navigation label and placement, then create the page.

  4. Choose Design page to open its visual designer. Edit text/media/layout, inspect desktop/tablet/mobile presentation, preserve the protected live block on managed pages and save the draft.

  5. Use Details to change a custom page title/address. The old address becomes a redirect. Managed/system pages cannot be renamed or archived.

  6. To retire a custom page, choose Archive, review removal of its navigation links and confirm Archive page. Use Archived pages → Restore to recover it. Review navigation placement again after restoration.

  7. Preview the saved draft and publish through Publish & history when ready; editing or saving a draft does not change the live release.
