Steps

Open the room remote from your guest phone connection. If prompted, choose Confirm your stay and establish the verified guest session. Select the intended authorised room when more than one is available.

Select Room to view the room’s devices. Use only the offered climate temperature/power/fan/mode, light or curtain controls; capabilities differ by room.

Submit the intended setting and inspect the request result. Settings show your last request, not a live device reading. Check the physical outcome before assuming the device changed.

If controls are unavailable or stale, connect to the internet and choose Refresh controls. A property without enabled room controls cannot be operated from this page.

Switch to TV remote for television controls and complete the TV connection flow if required. TV pairing and room-device availability are separate; return to the relevant tab to verify the action.
