Steps

  1. In F&B → Restaurant, open the outlet and active table. Check the party, order and item before changing its assignment or charge.

  2. To move an eligible unpaid item between participants, open Bill, find it under the participant's ledger and choose Assign to the intended participant in its dropdown. This saves immediately; check both participants' refreshed balances. Locked lines do not offer reassignment, and this action assigns the line to one participant rather than splitting it among several.

  3. To void an eligible item, open the table's Orders panel, find the item and choose Void. Confirm the named prompt Void [item]? This will issue a void KOT. Completed and cancelled items do not offer this control, and the operator must be allowed to manage that table session.

  4. Review Void ticket issued or Paid-order void reversed financially, the new order total and any refund status. Use Open refund detail and Open order audit when shown to verify financial follow-through; a void request alone is not proof of a completed external refund.

  5. For a waiter handover, use Controls → Assigned waiter, select the new waiter and choose Reassign with manager override access. Verify the refreshed assigned waiter before the new operator resumes service.
