Describe a property rule in CoreAI, then review the draft in Automations before activating it.

Steps

  1. Select the property and describe the intended trigger, audience, conditions, and actions in CoreAI. Include timing and any financial limits.
  2. Review and confirm the proposed draft creation. Supply the property’s room mappings, rate plan, service, or template when requested.
  3. Open the draft’s review link and check that it belongs to the intended property.
  4. Ask CoreAI to refine the draft when needed, or edit it in Canvas or Form. Describe an automation in the Automations workspace also starts a draft.
  5. Save the draft and run representative examples through Review and test.
  6. Review the final trigger, conditions, timing, and actions before choosing Activate automation.

Creating or refining a draft does not activate it or carry out its actions.
