Send a pickup booking link to eligible arrivals while accounting for services already booked or included in their stay.

Steps

  1. Configure the airport pickup service with the required flight and pickup information, then publish its booking page.
  2. Create an automation using Arrival information updated. Add the arrival-method and transfer-interest conditions for the guests you want to reach.
  3. Add the service-booked condition for the exact pickup service and booking window, requiring it to be false.
  4. Add the service-booking-link action and choose the permitted communication channel and template.
  5. Save the draft and simulate examples with and without an existing pickup booking. Review and activate the rule.
  6. Use Run history to review the eligibility result and delivery after a guest updates arrival information.

Active pickup bookings, current holds, and explicit service inclusions prevent a duplicate offer. Sending the link does not reserve transport or charge the guest.
