Steps

  1. In Access Control → Zones, select a zone in Zones.

  2. Under Zone access point assignment, select its access points and choose Save zone access points.

  3. Under Room zone mapping, choose the room and the zones it should inherit, then choose Save mapping.

  4. Review Effective room access preview, including zones, access points, locks and warnings. Resolve missing or incorrect mappings before issuing a key.

  5. If using Auto-map rooms to floor zones or Auto-map floor access points to floor zones, read the confirmation first: these actions replace the matched mappings. Confirm only after reviewing the property's floor setup.

Review the resulting access for the actual room or apartment booking. A zone name alone does not prove that its doors are correctly linked.
