Choose food or a hotel service on your room TV, then review and confirm the request. Connect your phone and verify your stay when prompted.

Steps

  1. For dining, open Dining → Browse menu. For services, open Services → Browse hotel services. Choose the outlet or service, items or options, quantities, any appointment, and instructions.
  2. Continue on your connected phone when prompted. Review availability, charges, and the total. Review any updated price or option before continuing.
  3. Choose the displayed payment option, such as online payment or a room charge, and confirm the order or service request.
  4. If paying online, complete payment and return to check the payment and order status. Wait for confirmation before assuming the order is accepted.
  5. Use Check recent services to follow an existing service request. If a result is pending, check that request before placing a replacement.
  6. To change or cancel a service, open its existing request, review the new appointment or cancellation and any charge or refund, then confirm.

A confirmed order or request appears in your recent activity. Your original appointment remains until its change is approved. Contact reception if payment succeeded but the order or service still needs review.
