Use Ops Mobile to pair a door lock with a room or access point. Sign in with permission to manage door hardware, allow Bluetooth access, and stay near the door during setup.
Steps

Select the correct property in Ops Mobile and open Access & devices → Provision lock.

Choose the room or access point. An unassigned target starts provisioning; a target with an assigned lock starts replacement.

Review Building & floor and enter non-negative whole numbers. Wake the uninitialized lock, stay within one metre, and choose Scan nearby locks.

Select the ready lock after checking its name and MAC address. Already initialized devices cannot be selected in this scan.

Review the exact target and action, then confirm Provision lock or Replace lock. For replacement, review the affected assignment and credentials. Keep Ops Mobile open and the lock awake while configuration and registration finish.

Wait for Lock ready, then return to Access & devices and confirm the lock is attached to the intended target. If an existing room Smart Saver must be rebound, keep it awake and nearby during that stage as instructed.
If registration is uncertain, follow Reconcile an interrupted lock setup. Finish or recover the existing setup before starting another one.
