Review your room charges and payments, settle an outstanding balance, and prepare to leave the hotel. Connect your phone and verify your stay before opening private information.

Steps

  1. On the room TV, open My Stay → Your statement. On your connected phone, open My Stay → Statement. Refresh the statement to see current charges, payments, and the amount due.
  2. Choose Review payment on the TV, or the payment action shown on your phone. Check the amount and continue to secure payment. Return to your statement and check the payment status.
  3. Choose Prepare departure to review any remaining balance or actions needed before checkout.
  4. Review the departure details, then choose Confirm checkout or Request departure review, as offered.
  5. Check the departure result. If a result is pending, check the existing request before submitting another one.

A departure review request goes to the hotel team; wait for confirmation that checkout is complete. Paying a statement does not itself check you out. Contact reception if your balance looks incorrect or the hotel needs to review your departure.
