Use Ops Mobile to perform an authorised setup action on a selected door lock.

Steps

  1. Open Access & devices, select the assigned lock, and open Lock tools. Check the property and door.
  2. Under Hardware actions, choose the required Hotel card setup, Enable M1, or Feature diagnostics action.
  3. Review Secure action preview and the affected keys. Select I verified the lock and requested action, choose Confirm & run, and complete the confirmation prompts.
  4. Keep the phone near the door, the lock awake, and the app open until the completion message appears.
  5. If the physical action finished but its saved result is unclear, choose Reconcile completion and review the existing receipt before attempting another action.

Use an account with permission to manage door hardware. Contact your property administrator if the result remains uncertain.
