Steps

  1. Open F&B → Restaurant, select the outlet and table, and use Seat Guests → Confirm Seating if there is no active party.

  2. Choose Place Order or Add Items, select products and quantities, and enter Special Instructions and tip where applicable. Choose Send Order, or Send Draft when sending a saved draft. Save draft alone does not send the order.

  3. Follow the table's orders and production progress. Use Mark as Served when service is complete. If the table is assigned to another waiter and changes are blocked, an authorised operator must use its Reassign control first.

  4. Open Bill, check the outstanding amount and choose Record table payment after receiving payment. Select Cash, POS, or Bank transfer and record any available reference. Full-service tables can take payment while kitchen or bar work is still open; preparation and handoff continue independently.

  5. Use Set guarantor / pay later or Charge to room only for the applicable authorised deferred arrangement, and complete the dialog's required information.

  6. Review settlement success and the remaining balance. Charged to room amounts are shown separately from payments and no longer need collection at the table; they remain payable on the guest folio. Use Close Table when enabled, then verify the resulting table state. Closing a table does not clear the guest folio or check the guest out. Mark Available is an operational table-state action, not a way to settle an unpaid bill.
