Tell the hotel whether you want privacy and when you would prefer your room to be cleaned.
Steps
- On your room TV, open Browse hotel services and choose Do Not Disturb and cleaning. Unlock guest access if prompted.
- Read Current instructions and check the hotel-local day.
- Set Do Not Disturb to On or Off.
- Choose Standard service, Prefer morning, Prefer afternoon, or Skip cleaning today.
- Choose Review instructions, check your choices, then Confirm instructions.
- Look for Instructions saved and the updated current instructions. Choose Change choices to edit them.
Daily cleaning choices reset at the next hotel-local midnight. Do Not Disturb stays on until you turn it off during your stay. Cleaning preferences depend on housekeeping availability and do not reserve an appointment.
If you are unsure whether your instructions saved, choose Check previous save before retrying. Choose Refresh current instructions if the view has expired.
