Review your stay benefits, redeem points, or ask the hotel for an upgrade or later departure. Connect your phone and verify your stay first.

Steps

  1. On the room TV, open My Stay → Benefits and offers, then choose Stay benefits or Offers. Choose Refresh to update them. On your phone, open My Stay → Stay benefits and choose Refresh benefits and offers.
  2. To use points toward your bill, open Statement on your phone or Your statement on the TV. Choose Use points toward your stay, enter whole points, and choose Review points. Check the discount, tax, and new balance before Confirm points redemption.
  3. To redeem a reward, return to your benefits and choose Review reward. Check the points cost and benefit, accept the displayed confirmation, then choose Confirm reward redemption. If the reward requires service, dining, or upgrade choices, review those and any extra room charge before Confirm reward.
  4. If the result is unclear, choose Check points result, Check reward result, or open the existing reward request. A held reward is still awaiting the hotel’s decision.
  5. For an upgrade or later departure, open Make more of your stay, choose an option, and select Review your request. Check the charge and confirmation before Send request.
  6. Follow Your requests or Check request status and wait for Confirmed before relying on the changed room or departure time.

Redeeming points reduces the bill; it does not collect a payment or complete checkout. Contact reception if your points, benefit, or request outcome looks incorrect.
