Use the room TV remote to find hotel information, open entertainment and choose a comfortable display.
Before you begin
Turn on the room TV and keep the TV remote nearby. Private stay details require you to connect your phone and verify your stay.
Steps
- Use the remote's arrow buttons to move between Home, Watch, Dining, Services, My Stay and Hotel Guide. Select the highlighted section or tile to open it.
- In Hotel Guide, select a hotel information card and use the remote to read its details. Press Back to return to the previous screen.
- In Watch, select Browse hotel videos to choose a hotel video. To open another entertainment app shown by the hotel, select its tile. Use the TV remote in that app; press Home to return to Staycore.
- Open Settings to personalise the display. Under Accessibility, switch Large text, High contrast or Reduced motion on or off. Under Language, select the language you want to use.
- Return to My Stay for your stay details and guest services. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your stay before opening private information.
Open a hotel message or offer
- Open Guest moments and select a hotel message or offer.
- Read its details and choose the displayed action to continue.
- Review the choices, price, and terms before confirming any request.
- If you are unsure whether your selection went through, choose Check selection before trying again.
Expected result
You can move between the hotel's TV sections, return from entertainment apps and read the interface using your chosen settings. Your display choices apply to this stay.
If you need help
Press Back to leave the current view. For an entertainment app, press Home to return to Staycore. Contact reception if the TV or remote does not respond, or if you need help finding hotel information.
