WhatsApp has a separate wallet on the Credits & usage page. It is not an AI-credit package and its balance is independent of the property's AI tier configuration.

Steps

  1. Select the property and open Admin & System → Credits & usage, or choose Open WhatsApp wallet from a blocked message.

  2. Select the WhatsApp Messaging tab. Open WhatsApp wallet links open this tab directly. Review available balance, reserved funds and ₦50 setup credit. This setup grant happens once; monthly rollover and reconnecting never replenish it. Incoming messages are free.

  3. Expand WhatsApp wallet history for message charges or Your WhatsApp top-ups for purchase history. Open Message charge details to review the total charged, charge status and message reference.

  4. Choose Add WhatsApp credit, enter an amount in naira and complete secure checkout. Credit is added at face value only after payment verification. Reopen or refresh the existing checkout if confirmation is pending; do not create a duplicate purchase. Wait for WhatsApp credit added and the updated WhatsApp balance.

  5. Return to the original thread and check its status. Eligible credit-blocked messages resume after top-up; consent and template checks still apply. Contact the administrator for sender setup or an unresolved charge. Inbound messages and opt-outs continue while paid sending is blocked.
