Create a reward with a fulfilment target

You need permission to manage rewards, a loyalty programme, and access to any selected fulfilment catalogue.

Steps

1. Open Engagement → Rewards and choose New reward. Select the Programme and enter a unique Reward code and Reward name.

2. Choose Reward type and optional Description. For a discount or credit without a fulfilment target, supply the required value.

3. If the reward fulfils a service, dining item or room upgrade, choose Reward fulfilment and its specific Hotel service, Dining outlet and Dining item, or Room upgrade. Select an optional service package and Included quantity where shown.

4. Set Standard benefit value, Currency, Points cost, Available until and Stacking as applicable. Check the target belongs to the current property and is active/available; changing property closes the draft.

5. Choose Create reward and confirm it appears in the catalogue. An upgrade benefit still requires hotel approval; creating a reward does not reserve inventory or deliver the service.
