The screen exposes management to governance/loyalty managers; creating or updating a programme requires application permission to manage loyalty programmes permission.

Steps

  1. Open Engagement → Settings. Review channel readiness, consent/retention status and existing programmes before adding another.

  2. Create a programme or open an existing programme for editing. Enter Programme name, Code and Currency for a new programme; code and currency cannot change on edit.

  3. Configure points enabled, Earn rate, Redemption value, minimum/maximum redemption points and expiry. Leave maximum blank only when no programme-level maximum is intended.

  4. Review adjustment approval controls and reward stacking. Check property/currency eligibility; one active base programme applies to a configured property.

  5. Choose Create programme or Save changes and verify the saved programme. Saving publishes a new configuration version for future quotes; earlier transactions retain their original rules.
