Match each Staycore room to the address used by its installed door lock. Use these steps in the PULMOS cards workspace.

Before you begin

Complete property and workstation setup. Use an account authorised to manage door hardware and obtain the hotel's original room inventory from the installer. Copy the exact installed address, including leading zeros, separators, and any suite suffix.

Map one room

  1. Open Access Control → PULMOS cards → Property setup and room inventory → Map an individual room.
  2. Select Staycore room. Choose Room installation type: New installation, Existing hotel, or Replacement lock for a room already mapped.
  3. Copy Exact native room identity from the installed inventory. Enter Native building, Native floor, and Native room number. Select Native room type and, for a suite, its Suite subroom letter.
  4. Check the physical room and lock address together. Choose Stage room for commissioning and confirm the room appears in the intended commissioning job.
  5. Complete the physical door checks and activate the doors.

Import several rooms

  1. Open Import room mappings and paste the installer's room inventory into Room inventory export. Use the room export containing the full room identity, building, floor, and room number.
  2. Choose Preview room import. Review each installed address and select its matching Staycore room. Choose Skip this row for rooms you are not importing.
  3. Map each selected row to a different room. Choose Import N selected mappings, where N is the number reviewed.
  4. Open the resulting Existing hotel commissioning job. Verify the hotel's existing identity and complete the physical door checks before activation.

Expected outcome

The selected rooms are staged for commissioning. Their displayed Staycore room numbers alone do not establish which locks they control.

If a mapping cannot be saved

If another person changed the room mapping, select the room again and review its current address. If property setup changed, preview the export again. Resolve duplicate room selections or missing installed addresses before importing; do not infer lock addresses from room display numbers.
