Choose the instructions for the door-lock system installed at your property. Staycore has separate workflows for TTLock, ProUSB, DigiLock, Orbita and PULMOS. Card types, setup steps and recovery controls differ between them.

Select the correct property in Access Control. The provider tabs and available actions follow that property's configuration and your permissions. If the expected system is missing, ask the property administrator to check its setup before creating cards.

TTLock

  1. Use Ops Mobile → Access & devices → Provision lock to pair or replace the physical lock. Review the room or access point, scan the awake lock nearby, and wait for Lock ready. Follow Provision or replace a TTLock door lock.
  2. Prepare the authorised guest or staff access draft in Staycore. Open the TTLock Staycore Encoder, refresh Credentials, select the draft, and review Hotel access preview.
  3. Choose Encode hotel access card, keep each required card on the encoder through verification, and check the final result. Follow Encode and verify a TTLock hotel access card.
  4. For an interrupted write or lost card, follow TTLock card recovery and lost-card actions. Complete any required physical cancellation at the door.

ProUSB

  1. In Staycore Encoder for ProUSB → Commission locks, load the saved hotel identity, register the reader when required, and review room mappings with the installer. Follow Prepare the ProUSB hotel identity and encoder.
  2. Save the room setup, then open the same job in Access Control → ProUSB cards. Create its System, Room Number Setting and Clock Setting drafts. Refresh desktop Card drafts, select each draft, and choose Encode and verify selected draft.
  3. Follow the saved job's sequence at each door and record the actual guest/master checks before Finish room setup. Older System-and-guest-card jobs keep their original sequence. Follow Set up ProUSB room key cards and check the doors.
  4. For everyday guest or staff access, prepare the reservation or approved staff draft and select it in desktop Credentials. Follow Encode and recover a ProUSB guest or staff card. For interrupted commissioning, resume the original ProUSB setup.

DigiLock

  1. In Staycore Digi Encoder → Property setup, confirm the installation's hotel identity, unused card-number range and native room mappings. Commissioning also requires the hotel's paired original Reset profile. Follow Set up DigiLock room mappings and commissioning cards.
  2. Open Access Control → Digi cards and create the guest, staff, housekeeping or setup draft offered for that installation. Review the full authorised scope: staff and housekeeping cards can open every door on selected floors.
  3. In desktop Encode cards, refresh, select the draft, confirm the designated card, and choose Encode selected card. Wait for verified readback and recording. Use Recovery for uncertain results. Follow Encode and recover a DigiLock card.
  4. For commissioning, apply the required Reset, Room Setting and planned Time cards at the intended door and record physical checks separately from card writing.

Orbita

  1. Keep Staycore Orbita Encoder on the profile matching the installed system and verify its room mappings. The CLock profile supports guest cards. Staff, housekeeping, Room Setting and Time functions require an already configured D8 installation; switching profiles does not convert the lock. Staycore does not issue an Orbita Reset card.
  2. Create the supported draft in Access Control → Orbita cards. In the desktop, open Guest keys, Staff keys or Housekeeping, refresh, and select the exact draft and authorised room.
  3. Choose Encode and verify card and wait for the recorded result. Use Recovery → Recover recorded operation for an interrupted write. Follow Encode and recover an Orbita card.
  4. For D8 commissioning, create and encode the room's Room Setting card and a planned Time card, then apply them at the intended door and check its response. Follow Set up Orbita room mappings and D8 commissioning cards.

PULMOS

  1. Open PULMOS cards, select the installed RF50 · MIFARE or RF57 · TEMIC family, and configure the matching Windows workstation. Follow Set up a PULMOS key-card workstation.
  2. Map or import the exact native room identities, stage commissioning jobs, encode their required setup cards, and record the physical door tests before activating rooms. Follow Map and import rooms for PULMOS key cards and Commission and activate PULMOS door locks.
  3. Create the actual guest or staff draft, refresh it in Staycore PULMOS Encoder, and choose Encode and verify. Review the recorded card and door scope. Follow Prepare and encode a PULMOS guest key card or Issue PULMOS staff and housekeeping cards.
  4. For uncertainty, recover the original PULMOS card operation. For a replacement, cancellation or erase, follow PULMOS card retirement steps and complete every required door action.

An encoded card, an accepted physical door test and a completed cancellation are separate results. Check the result required by your provider before handing over a card or treating old access as removed.
